Yoga Classes every week - 6pm on Friday night.

We’re delighted to have Sasha teaching yoga in our dojo space. His style is restorative, focused deeply on working to strengthen and maintain skills and intention.

Yoga and Aikido have so much in common: a deep awareness of movement, of balance and posture and to development of yourself.

Classes run every Friday at 6pm. Open to all levels — no prior yoga experience necessary, and no prior aikido experience either. Dojo members attend free; drop-ins are welcome for $15 per session.
